Pricing for VIRTUAL ASSISTANT Services
With the new virtual ways of hiring assistants, it is common to not be sure about the different options in hiring a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT. If you are unsure of the duration and/or demand of your need, we offer many different pricing plans to suit. We also offer flex plans for occasional assistance needs. Some of our plans allow you to pay for assistance and bank what is not used for future needs. We have full time long term rates as well as full/part time short term rates available.
Plan Options:
Our Monthly Plans are for busy individuals and businesses who have a variety of assistant needs. You can choose from several monthly plans that may fit your budget and schedule. Paying a flat fee for that month gives you the virtual assistance for the allotted number of hours in that plan.
The plan options are as follows:
Monthly 10 Plan
- Price Per Month: $240.00
- Hours Per Month: 10
- Charges for additional hours used: $24.00 per hour
Monthly 20 Plan
- Price Per Month: $460.00
- Hours Per Month: 20
- Charges for additional hours used: $23.00 per hour
Monthly 40 Plan
- Price Per Month: $880.00
- Hours Per Month: 40
- Charges for additional hours used: $22.00 per hour
- This plan allows for banking of 15% of hours for up to 3 months
Monthly 80 Plan
- Price Per Month: $1680.00
- Hours Per Month: 80
- Charges for additional hours used: $21.00 per hour
- This plan allows for banking of 15% of hours for up to 6 months
**There is a 10% discount for monthly plans that are paid in advance for a six month period, 15% discount for a 12 month advance payment.
Project Based Plan
This plan is for those who need assistance on a specific one time project from start to finish. Since it is our goal to provide you with dedicated and competent assistance, this plan is priced according to the type and duration of your project. Simply contact us to request a project quote form and we will contact you with a quote.
Flex Plan:
Our flex plan allows you to hire an assistant on an as needed basis at the rate of $25.00 per hour. When this plan is utilized, it is required that a deposit of two hours is paid in full prior to services being rendered.

If we find that your needs fit into a pricing plan that will save you money, we will recommend that plan for you.
